The program is designed for managers from varying disciplines who need and want to know more about Quality Management, ISO 9001: 2015 and how it can be integrated into their daily working activities. The aim of the workshop is to introduce, enlighten and drive home the benefits to the individual, team, organisation and ultimately to the customer experience that can be achieved.

During the workshop you will learn about the main audit-able clauses of ISO 9001: 2015 QMS and through structured discussion see how they can be used to improve overall performance, leading to the potential of revenue growth and improved profitability.

This program can be used as a stand-alone workshop or I can add mentoring follow-up to further embed the knowledge over an agreed period of time.
